made from a selection of the finest grapes from the
oldest and yotmgest of Salustri’s organic vineyards.
Itisvinifiedin stainless steel forjustovertwoweeks
and matures for ten months in oak casks. The result
is a beautiful wine with a lot of personality It has
rich blueberry and black cherry fruit complimented
by hint of leather and the aroma of cedar and cigar
boa
